Following a recent review of administrative and finance staff within the Thedwastre Multi Academy Trust we have a vacancy for a part time (20 hours per week) Office Manager and Finance Officer working across two of our Primary Academies: 10 hours each at Woolpit and Rattlesden.
The Office Manager and Finance Officer will be responsible for managing a small team of admin staff in each academy to ensure the efficient running of financial and administrative systems, and to liaise effectively with the other office managers and the Trust Finance Manager within Thedwastre Education Trust.
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills to join our office team. The work is varied requiring a flexible, pro-active approach and experience of school office and finance systems would be desirable. You will be working alongside a strong team of professionals who are loyal, caring and good team players. Our schools’ ethos is primarily to ensure that all our pupils have the best possible chances in education.

FORS are delighted to announce the date for their annual quiz night which will take place at the school on Saturday 4th March at 7.30pm. More details will be available shortly. Teams are up to 6 people and all are invited so do invite your family, friends and neighbours. You don't need to have a full team organized - we can put groups/individuals into teams on the night.
The Duck Race this year will take place on Sunday 7th May.
The children in Breakfast Club helped E celebrate her birthday last week.
A big thank you to all of our parents and children who have supported us in starting our breakfast provision, and to Mrs Preston for welcoming the children each morning with a smile as well as a lovely breakfast.
